On-site Energy Management
An embedded energy manager for your building or portfolio—coordinating analysis, operations, capital planning, incentives, and implementation.
Energy consulting · New York + New Jersey
Practical energy solutions that lower operating costs, capture incentives, and navigate complex building requirements.
From data to a buildable plan
We bring engineering, energy management, compliance, incentives, and project coordination into one engagement.
Instead of handing you another report, we turn building data into a practical sequence of actions—what to do, what it costs, what it saves, and which programs can help pay for it.

Services
We connect technical analysis, funding strategy, compliance, and project coordination so each recommendation has a realistic path forward.
Dedicated energy-management support for individual buildings and portfolios, aligned with operational needs and capital plans. Includes coordination with NYSERDA On-site Energy Manager (OsEM) and FlexTech programs.
Decision-ready studies that connect building conditions to energy, carbon, cost, and implementation.
Find and correct operational issues so existing systems deliver the performance owners already paid for.
We reclaim process heat that would otherwise be rejected and return it to useful plant loads. We also design hybrid photovoltaic-thermal (PVT) systems with a hydronic loop integrated into the PV array, producing electricity while capturing thermal energy for domestic hot water.
We identify the best-fit programs, build the application, coordinate technical documentation, and track the process through payment.
Registered design professional support for New York City building-energy requirements and the improvements behind compliance.
Owner-side coordination that keeps scope, cost, schedule, documentation, and stakeholders moving in the same direction.
